We have been on a very, very long journey with Dietary Requirements & we are rather good at them.

When we started in 2015, our catering groups tended to have about 1% with dietary requirements. Over a decade on, our groups now average 10% dietary requirements. 

How do we deal with this complexity?

Each morning, we start with a very clean kitchen. Our dietary requirement meals (particularly gluten free friendly & nut allergies) are made first up, in their own corner of the kitchen. These are then sealed up, labelled & stored in our cool room. 

Even with these precautions, we fully acknowledge that our kitchen is a mixed environment with every allergen present. This means people eat from our kitchen at their own risk. 

What type of dietary requirements do we cater for?

There are 4 common dietary requirements that occur more often than any others: Gluten Free, Diary Free (also known under the more specific name of Lactose Free), Vegetarian & Vegan. Our menu has a selection of meals 'preloaded' that are made to these specifications.
