Amy Thompson, B.Bus, JP Qual

Amy loves food, people and the sense of community that happens when both comes together. In 2014 after spending over a decade working for other people in cafes, restaurants and five star hotels, she returned home to Toowoomba and to head up the latest family venture, Monkey Business Catering. She graduated from the Blue Mountains International Hotel School with honours and a shiny Bachelor of Business, majoring in Hotel Management. She regularly has to resist the urge to feed everyone in sight!
